Beste Kimbrianen,
Het is bijna ongelooflijk, maar het seizoen zit er alweer op! Wat is het jaar voorbij gevlogen! Hoog tijd om jullie weer even bij te praten over wat er zich achter de schermen afspeelt!
1. De teamindelingen voor het volgend seizoen zijn zo goed als rond! Jullie kunnen die hier vinden.
Een paar punten daarbij:
* Deze indeling is nog onder licht voorbehoud(!)
* De trainingslocaties- en tijden volgen z.s.m.
* We zoeken nog een (extra) trainer voor de U14-2 (!!). Let op: wij hebben een part-time trainer, maar als er zich niet nog iemand meldt, kunnen we dit team niet inschrijven voor de competitie en kunnen zij dus volgend jaar niet basketballen! Hoe jammer zou dat zijn, zeker omdat dat team pas een jaar bestaat! Dus ken je iemand of twijfel je nog? Meld je aan en help de club!
* Het U22-team gaat op in de diverse Heren-teams.
* Als je je alsnog wil afmelden voor volgend seizoen, dan moet je dat doen vóór 1 juni!
* Ook het H2-team zoekt nog een coach/trainer. Dit team zullen we wel gewoon inschrijven.
2. We hebben een trainersclinic gepland voor 17 mei. Er hebben zich inmiddels 12 mensen aangemeld – dankjewel! Er kan echter nog veel meer bij, dus als je geïnteresseerd bent, meld je aan als je dat nog niet gedaan hebt! Goed voor je team en goed voor de club!
3. Onze nieuwe website staat inmiddels online! Deze is gemaakt door recreant Manu Calapez (R2), waarvoor we hem hartelijk danken! Ga snel een kijkje nemen en laat het ons weten als er nog dingen ontbreken! Let vooral op het onderdeel ‘Beleid’!
4. We hebben dit jaar weer een jublieumfeest – BC Kimbria bestaat 70 jaar! Het feest zal plaatsvinden in juni – we zijn druk aan het plannen, en nadere info volgt z.s.m.!
5. Ook de jaarlijkse ALV zal in juni plaatsvinden (waarschijnlijk de 12e!). We houden jullie op de hoogte!
Dat was ‘m weer voor nu. Zoals gebruikelijk: lees het goed door en meld je aan als je iets voor de club wil doen!

Dear Kimbrianen,
It’s almost unbelievable, but the season is already over! How quickly the year has flown by!
High time to bring you up to speed on what’s been going on behind the scenes!
1. The team line-ups for next season are almost finalised! You can find them here.
A few points to note:
* This setup is still subject to change(!)
* The training locations and times will follow as soon as possible.
* We are still looking for an (additional) trainer for the U14-2 (!!). Please note: we have a part-time trainer, but if no one else signs up, we will not be able to register this team for the competition and they will not be able to play basketball next year! That would be a shame, especially since that team has only been around for a year! So if you know anyone or are still undecided, sign up and help the club!
* The U22 team will be merged into the various Men’s teams.
* If you still want to cancel your registration for next season, please do so before 1 June!
* The H2 team is also looking for a coach/trainer. We will register this team as usual.
2. We have planned a trainer’s clinic for 17 May. Twelve people have already signed up – so thank you! However, there is still room for more, so if you are interested, please sign up if you haven’t already! It’s good for your team and good for the club!
3. Our new website is now online! It was created by recreational player Manu Calapez (R2), whom we would like to thank very much! Take a look and let us know if anything is missing! Please pay special attention to the ‘Policy’ section!
4. We are having another anniversary party this year – BC Kimbria is turning 70! The party will take place in June – we are busy planning, and more information will follow as soon as possible!
5. The annual General Meeting will also take place in June (probably on the 12th!). We will keep you informed!
